Julie Anne Grover is a Principal Scientist in the Technology Platforms Group at The Kraft Heinz Company and is responsible for developing sweetener and flavor technologies to enable sugar reduction and low/no sugar products across multiple food and beverage categories.  Previously, Julie Anne was a Principal Scientist in PepsiCo’s Long Term Research Group.  She has over 20 years of experience and holds a B.S. in Chemistry, an M.S. in Food Science, an M.B.A. and is an IFT Certified Food Scientist.
